Wragge & Co celebrates 12th consecutive year in list of UK's Best Workplaces

Wragge & Co is one of the Best Workplaces in the UK. It is the only law firm to feature in the annual Best Workplaces list compiled by global research and management consultancy the Great Place to Work® Institute published in the Financial Times.

Wragge & Co features for the 12th consecutive year, making it one of just two organisations ranked among the top performers since the list began in 2001.

The Best Workplaces results are based on responses to an organisational culture audit and anonymous employee surveys to test levels of credibility, respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie within an organisation. The full results appear in the Financial Times on 7 June.

This achievement is the second recognition for Wragge & Co this month. Earlier in May, legal research company Acritas ranked the firm among the 15 leading law firm brands in the UK. Wragge & Co is also ranked 15th in the FT's list of the 50 most innovative law firms in Europe.

Other highlights from the past 12 months include winning Litigation and Regulatory Team of the Year at the British Legal Awards and Employment Team of the Year at The Lawyer Awards. The firm also won Legal Adviser of the Year at the Health Investor Awards and Pensions Law Firm of the Year at the Pension & Investment Provider Awards UK.

LawCareers.Net awarded Wragge & Co Best Trainer in a national/large regional firm at its Training and Recruitment Awards, while the Business in the Community's Awards for Excellence recognised the firm with its Big Tick for Work Inclusion.

The list has changed this year to rank 75 organisations in total across three categories: large, medium and small. Wragge & Co is ranked 18th out of 25 in the large category.
