Wragge & Co Pensions team appointed to advise £1.05 billion G4S Pension Scheme

Wragge & Co LLP Pensions team has been appointed to advise G4S Trustees Limited, trustee of the G4S Pension Scheme. The defined benefit occupational DB scheme includes assets of more than £1 billion.

The Wragge & Co team will include partners Paul Feathers and Jason Coates, associate Sara Hughes and solicitor Amrit Uppal. The team will advise the trustee on the full range of pensions legal issues.

Wragge & Co previously advised the trustees of two of the constituent schemes before these schemes merged into the G4S Pension Scheme.
