Wragge & Co's Dispute Resolution group is hosting a balloon debate on 25 June to debate the merits of litigation v arbitration v mediation v adjudication.

The debate will be chaired by Lord Goldsmith QC. The Hon Mr Justice Jackson will argue the case for litigation, while newly published author Hilary Heilbron QC will be highlighting the benefits of arbitration. Wragge & Co partner Andrew Manning-Cox, non-executive director of CEDR, will state the case for mediation and the high-profile Paul Jensen will outline why he thinks adjudication is the right route.
