Wragge & Co appoints new partner to finance litigation practice

Wragge & Co LLP has boosted its finance litigation practice with the appointment of new partner Greg Standing. From 1 May 2008, asset finance litigation expert Greg will be a partner in the Finance, Insolvency, Recoveries and Sales team (FIRST). His appointment takes the total number of partners in this specialist team to three.

Experienced in all forms of finance litigation, Greg handles complex disputes for banks and other lenders. Particular areas of expertise include disputes as to ownership of goods, recovery of losses resulting from fraud, and professional negligence. He has established a strong reputation in motor finance, advising some of the biggest names in that sector.
