Wragge & Co LLP Residential Development Team has won a place on Taylor Woodrow's panel of preferred property advisers.

Partner Richard Bate led the successful team, which comprised partners Ashley Mitchell, John Dixon and Duncan Murphy, and associate Ed Colreavy. They will advise on a full range of land acquisitions and disposals, including strategic work and plot sales.
