Wragge & Co LLP is one of the UK's top 50 employers and one of nine 'laureate' organisations, according to this year's Financial Times' 50 Best Workplaces in the UK. The commercial law firm has been named one of the UK's top employers for the seventh year running. It is the only law firm to feature in the list.

The elite group of laureates comprises organisations ranked at least five consecutive times in the annual survey. The other laureates are Admiral Insurance, American Express, Asda, Bain & Co, Capital One, Fishburn Hedges, Morgan Stanley and Timpson.

This latest accolade follows the firm's ranking in the Sunday Times' 100 Best Companies to Work For. Wragge & Co is the only law firm to be ranked every year since both surveys began in 2001, enhancing its reputation as one of the best places to work in the UK.

The judges lauded Wragge & Co's commitment to balancing hard work with flexible working arrangements. They also commended the firm's attitude to communication, diversity, corporate responsibility and well being.

Wragge & Co is a top 25 UK law firm, employing more than 1,120 people in London, Birmingham, Brussels, Hong Kong and China.
