In addition to being given every opportunity to develop a comprehensive understanding of the work carried out by fee earners, we have a dedicated secretarial training and development programme. Once here, secretaries can move around different teams or even start another career. Some have become legal executives or moved into human resources. The firm supports qualifications, for example, through the Institute of Legal Executives where there is a clear benefit to the firm as well as the individual.
