Wragge & Co LLP has been named one of the UK's top employers for the seventh year running.

The national law firm is ranked 51 in the 2007 Sunday Times 100 Best Companies to Work For. Wragge & Co is the only firm to be ranked every year since the annual survey began in 2001, enhancing its reputation as one of the best places to work in the UK.

The survey applauded Wragge & Co's "worker-friendly" policies, including flexible working and in-house yoga and massage sessions. Its commitment to pro bono and voluntary work, communication, and training and development was also commended.

W L Gore & Associates retained the top spot while Microsoft, Arup, Britannia Building Society, Jones Lang LaSalle also featured in the list.
