What's the highlight of your career so far?

Acting on both the acquisition and eventual sale of the Cutlers Gardens Estate in the City for over £400 million. Both acquisition and sale completed in record time.

What's the most challenging job you have ever done?

1. Acting on the redevelopment of High Wycombe town centre for Stannifer, a very challenging job involving months of negotiation against Wragges partner, Andrew Galla. Despite a very hard negotiation, I respected him so much that I ended up joining Wragge & Co afterwards!

2. Acting on the establishment of one of the very first tax-efficient property vehicles together with the simultaneous acquisition of five shopping centres.
