Acting for a number of Danish banks lending to Danish investors, secured on real estate in the UK.

What's your definition of going the extra mile and when have you done it?

A site visit to an aluminium smelting plant.

Best example of a creative legal solution?

Working on the transfer of beneficial interests in mortgage books on the first securitisations.

When have you ever given a client a real competitive edge?

By understanding the different tax treatment of profit share being calculated by reference to sale proceeds or open market value.
