Acting for QinetiQ plc on the establishment of a private equity fund with Coller Capital, dealing with the fund formation and transfer of investee companies into that fund.

What about outside the UK?

Acting for AS Tallink, a quoted Estonian company, on the acquisition of the Finnish ferry business of Sea Containers a NYSE quoted company.

I go the extra mile for all my clients!

The 'Chohan' defence.

Spending the time to understand why they're doing what they're doing and help them to succeed in doing it.
