The UK High Court has been asked to consider whether by offering keywords to advertisers which are the same as or similar to another's trade mark, Yahoo infringed that mark. Although the claim failed on its specific facts, the court's reasoning may give some indication of how the UK courts are likely to deal with similar claims in the future.
