Licensing and sponsorship
21.08.08
The Border & Immigration Agency is bringing in the new Sponsorship and Licensing regulations and have now officially set a deadline for licence applications to be submitted, being 1 October. This will mean that if you wish to employ a person who is a foreign national, you will only be able to do so if you hold a licence. The Border & Immigration Agency has trained teams of immigration officers and are cracking down on illegal workers.
This area of immigration can be a bit of a minefield and trying to get registered for a licence can seem a little daunting. Contact Wragge & Co experts for advice or for a helping had through the licensing procedure.
