The ten-strong Real Estate Funds & Structuring team combines all the tax, corporate, finance and regulatory expertise needed for any type of real estate funds work. They design and create tax-efficient, fundable and tailored structures across several jurisdictions. It's a team committed to finding creative legal solutions to help clients maximise their investment returns. For international assignments, the team uses a network of tried and tested contacts in selected independent law firms.

Clients include CB Richard Ellis Investors, Development Securities, LaSalle Investment Managers and GPT Halverton. The Real Estate Funds & Structuring team is an active member of the Institute of Public Finance and sits on the taxes sub-committee of the British Property Federation.
