Judge us by our actions

The way we conduct our business relationships with clients, suppliers and key community partners is part and parcel of our approach to corporate responsibility.

Sustainable business is good business and we comply with appropriate ethical and professional standards. Integrity, transparency and teamwork underpin the way we operate.

We encourage suppliers to follow practices consistent with our values and corporate responsibility aims. For example, at our request, all the materials used by our cleaning contractors are environmentally friendly. When we finish with IT hardware it is returned to suppliers for reconditioning and reuse.

We're also spreading the word. To ensure continuous improvement of our programmes we share ideas and experiences with clients and other companies with respected corporate responsibility programmes. Equally, we think it's important to talk to companies that perhaps don't yet include corporate responsibility on their strategic agenda. By sharing some of our experiences we help them to see the business and community benefits of an integrated approach to corporate responsibility.
