Wragge & Co launches new online dispute resolution tool

25.11.08

Wragge & Co LLP is taking time and initial cost concerns out of instructing lawyers to handle UK disputes with its new online dispute resolution tool - RADAR. RADAR, which stands for Risk: Analyse, Decide and Respond, is fast, free and easy to use.

Designed by dispute resolution partner Clark Sargent and solicitors Adam Fisher and Harjinder Kaur, RADAR enables users to brief Wragge & Co's dispute resolution experts on a dispute. Users will then receive an initial assessment of their options at no cost within 24 hours of Wragge & Co receiving the information. RADAR is live on www.wragge.com/RADAR.

Clark Sargent said: "Organisations want legal advice that is easy to access, cost effective and gets results. RADAR offers a fresh approach to dispute resolution, giving clients the benefit of a risk/reward analysis before a dispute becomes led by cost."

RADAR provides direct access to Wragge & Co's cross-firm dispute resolution capability, including specialists in commercial, finance, construction, health & safety, insurance, professional negligence, employment, pensions, property, intellectual property and technology litigation. Experienced in litigation, arbitration and mediation, Wragge & Co's lawyers provide strategic and tactical advice to start or defend a claim and secure the right commercial outcome.

With more than 200 lawyers focused on resolving disputes, Wragge & Co has one of the largest dispute resolution practices in the UK. These lawyers complete a broad mix of domestic and international work for major private and public sector organisations. Clients include British Airways, Dyson, Scottish & Newcastle and The Insolvency Service.

In the past 12 months, Wragge & Co dispute resolution lawyers have been involved a number of high-profile cases. These include victories for Prominvestbank and Owen Pell Limited, and securing the recusal of Mr Justice Singer from presiding over the El Farargy v El Farargy case.
