Typical disputes for this 60-strong Commercial Litigation team include professional negligence, commercial agent and distributor disputes, insurance disputes, corporate warranty and indemnity claims, product liability, product recall and contractual and commercial disputes of all kinds.

The team acts for a number of FTSE 100 and 250 companies, public sector organisations and multi-nationals based in jurisdictions including US, Europe, Scandinavia, Baltic States, Middle East and the Far East. Names on our client list include BP, British Airways, National Grid, Philips Electronics, the Business Enterprise & Regulatory Reform (formerly the DTI), the UK Ministry of Defence, Goodyear, Scottish & Newcastle, Morrisons, Pirelli, The Liberal Democrat Party and Ingenico.

At any one time the team could be working in the Commercial, Chancery or Companies Courts divisions of the High Court in England and Wales, or in ICC, LCIA, UNCITRAL or in ad hoc arbitration proceedings.
