Launch of China IP Law Search, Beijing

10.08.09

IPR2, together with the Ministry of Commerce, will launch a new search tool for IP-related legal texts called China IP Law Search.

China IP Law Search intends to provide, for the first time, a comprehensive, free-of-charge and bilingual collection of all legal references relevant to intellectual property protection in China. In doing so, it aims to be a valuable source of information for companies, professionals and students.

Senior officials from the Ministry of Commerce, the Delegation of the European Commission to China, together with senior academics from Peking University, inaugurated the on-line services of the China IP Law Search on 9 July 2009 at Peking University.

More information about this can be found on the EU-China Project on the Protection of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR2) website.
