Offshore electricity transmission: another piece of the jigsaw

Some important components of the proposed regime still need to be finalised. Some matters will not be fully resolved until 2009/10. However, the key principles will be settled during the remainder of this year.

Current and prospective offshore generators and infrastructure asset owners need to ensure they are up-to-speed on the proposals, and that their views are heard during the remaining rounds of consultation.
